    1      目的和適用范圍

    1.1      目的

    結構外購件技術要求是描述公司結構外購件的受控性文件,其作用為:

    l  供應廠商進行產品設計、生產和檢驗的依據。

    l  品質部門驗貨、退貨的依據。

    l  物料部門進行采購的依據。

    l  對供應廠商產品質量進行技術認證的依據。

    l  結構設計部門選用結構外購件的依據。

    1.2      適用范圍

    本技術要求適用于彈簧銷的選型、采購與檢驗。

    2      引用的相關標準

    下列文件中的條款通過本規范的引用而成為本規范的條款。凡是注日期的引用文件,其隨后所有的修改單(不包括勘誤的內容)或修訂版均不適用于本規范,然而,鼓勵根據本規范達成協議的各方研究是否可使用這些文件的最新版本。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本適用于本規范。

    用于結構定位。

    5      要求

    5.1      一般要求

    彈簧銷應適用于室內良好應用環境或普通室內(或者室外機柜內部)環境。

    5.1.1   結構和外形尺寸

     彈簧銷主要由外套筒、插銷、彈簧組成,外觀見圖1,結構尺寸見圖2.

    5.1.3   環保要求

    滿足規范《DKBA2332 華為采購物料環保規范》要求。

    5.2      性能要求及檢驗方法

    5.2.1  性能要求:  

    1.彈簧銷在一定外力擠壓下要求回彈收縮自如,無阻滯等缺陷;

    2.彈簧銷拉出后插銷端面不能突出套筒平面。即,彈簧銷拉出后無需旋轉定位就不突出套筒的平面,旋轉定位后插銷的頭部會凹于套筒平面內(如下圖所示);

    3.彈簧銷拉出后具有定位功能,定位方式通過銷釘轉軸的結構來實現(非螺紋旋緊),要求銷釘拉出后旋轉30°以內即可實現可靠的定位(如下圖所示);                                                                        

    檢驗方法:手按,目測。

    5.2.2  外觀要求

    表面光潔、平整,無批鋒;產品外觀如圖1所示。

    5.2.3  可靠性要求:

    檢驗方法:鉚接部位應牢固可靠,鉚接后彈簧銷應無松動,傾斜等裝配缺陷,具體按照下列數據進行檢驗:

    插銷軸和插銷端蓋之間的拉脫力不小于400N,如果是其他結構時拉力要求相同;

    機械性能及壓鉚力按照下表進行檢驗:

    環境測試要求:

    不銹鋼件:符合DKBA0.450.0067中不銹鋼鈍化的性能要求。

    彈簧銷組合后要求:按照IEC 68-2-30(或GB/T 2423.4)交變濕熱6個周期(6天),無任何可見的被腐蝕情況。

    其他未盡參數參照《DKBA04800128 壓鉚緊固件技術要求》執行。

    6      檢驗規則

    本檢驗規則適用于華為公司來料檢驗,其檢驗應符合華為技術有限公司質量部門的規定。對于未規定的產品采用批次檢驗的方式,檢驗方法采用GB2828逐批檢驗中一次抽樣方案。

    7      說明

    1、本技術要求的解釋權歸華為技術有限公司整機工程部。

    2、供求雙方有技術上的分歧時,以本技術要求作為仲裁。


    1.    Purpose and Application Scope

    1.1         Purpose

    This document is a controlled document that describes the technical requirements for the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) mechanical parts of Huawei. It provides guidelines for:

    Suppliers to design, produce, and inspect products.

    The Material Quality Department of Huawei to inspect and return products.

    The Material Supply Department of Huawei to purchase products.

    Technical certification of OEM products.

    The Mechanical Design Department of Huawei to select OEM mechanical parts.

    1.2         Application Scope

    This document is applicable to the selection, purchase, and inspection of spring pins.

    2.    Relevant Reference Standards

    The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated references, only the edition cited applies. All subsequent changes (excluding the contents of errata) or a revised edition of any reference document marked with a date is not applicable to this document. For undated references, the latest edition of the referenced document (including any amendments) applies.

    Spring pins are purchased by level-one suppliers and have no separate part numbers.

    4.    Description

    A spring pin is used for securing structures.

    5.    Requirements

    5.1             General Requirements

    A spring pin applies to indoor environments or outdoor cabinet interior.

    5.1.1       Structure and Dimensions

    Basically, a spring pin is in the dimensions of a PTS-56-61 CN general part. Its dimensions are adjusted according to the thickness of applied boards. Specifically, the dimensions of the riveted part can be adjusted as required.

    The following table lists the spring pin models and applied board thickness.

    The materials and techniques of spring pins comply with the requirements specified in the following documents.

    5.1.3       Environmental Requirements

    Spring pins comply with the DKBA2332 Environmental Specifications of Huawei Purchased Materials.

    5.2             Performance Requirements and Inspection Methods

    5.2.1       Performance Requirements

    A spring pin resumes smoothly after being pushed.

    A spring pin does not extrude above the socket after being pulled out without rotating and sunkens after you pull out and rotate it, as shown in Figure 5-3.

    After being pulled out, the pin snaps in position by rotating the non-threaded dowel shaft within 30 degrees.

    5.2.2       Appearance Requirements

    The surface is clean, flat, and smooth, as shown in Figure 1.

    5.2.3       Reliability Requirements

    The riveted part is secure and does not tilt.

    The pulling force of the pin shaft and the pin cover is greater than or equal to 400 N.

    Test the mechanical performance and rivet force by referring to the following table.

    Environmental testing requirements:

    Stainless steel parts: meet the performance requirements DKBA0.450.0067 passivation of   stainless steel.

    Spring after-sales portfolio requirements: in accordance with IEC 68-2-30 (or GB / T 2423.4)  alternating hot and humid 6 cycles (6 days), without any visible corrosion conditions.

    Determine other unspecified parameters by referring to the DKBA04800128 Technical Requirements for Riveted Fasteners.

    6.    Inspection Rules

    The inspection rules are applicable to the incoming materials of Huawei and comply with the regulations of the quality department of the Mechanical Power Environment Department (MPE) System Department Huawei. The undefined products are inspected in batches and the single sampling plan of the GB2828 batch inspection is used.

    7.    Description

    The MPE System Department of Huawei reserves the right to interpret the technical requirements.

    If there is any disagreement, the arbitration is subject to the technical requirements.
